Wallet

This article is a simple guide on how to get started with a wallet for Kulupu.

A wallet is a basic entrance to Kulupu. You will need a wallet if you want to mine the coin, trade it, or participate in governance.

Get the wallet

Kulupu's currently available wallet is polkadot-js. You can either use the web version of the wallet, or download a compiled desktop version.

• Web version: visit polkadot.js.org/apps.
• Desktop version: download from the Github release page.

Usage

Select "Kulupu" from the top-left corner of the network dropdown, under "live networks" section. Then go to "accounts" page. Click "add account". It will then work through steps to create a new wallet for you. Keep the mnemonic seed and the password secure.
